Driver left card on door, but did not knock on door.My husband (whose company does millions of dollars w/Fed Ex) went to Fed Ex to complain.The person on duty said she would 'text' the driver to return;no one ever came back or called. My husband drove back to FedEx, with the card to pick up our package (which had to be signed for).He gets back home and opens the package only to find that it is not our package. Again he has to drive (to the other side of town) to attempt to retrieve our package. This is ridiculous!
